Oh lord were these chocolates good or what?! I cannot describe. Each batch just came out even more heavenly than the previous one. I had a bunch of first timers around the table and I kinda feel they liked both the making and the eating.
The basic ingredients were coconut oil, cocoa butter, honey, cocoa powder, lucuma and salt (and cocoa nibs). We also used toco for the last batch and ginger syrup to the lemon ginger love.
