Raw dinner

This recipe was originally published here, and it looked quite tasty, so I gave it a go. A little hint: soften the carrots and zucchini by mixing them up with some lemon and salt, and let it stay in the fridge for a couple of hours. I wasn't patient enough, so the result was a bit too crunchy. And also I do not own the machine for making "vegetable pasta", as you can see...

Had a chocolate soya pudding as a dessert and gosh, you know when sometimes you wish you hadn't found something from the store, because you are convinced that product just stole a bit of your heart. This dark chocolate soya goddess did it. The only minus was the enormous amount of sugar stuffed into it. So, to be completely honest, my own raw chocolate mousse still takes the winning place, hihi.
